    I bought a small set of this company to find the boots are so large they come down to the floor the fly valve is small and doesnโ€™t match The colour of the numnah. I would never use this company again as I had a very upset child

    Terrible customer service!! Extremely rude after having to return an item that arrived faulty. I had to chase for updates on the replacement item, no effort made by the company at all. The replacement product seems fine but has not been used yet. I would not recommend them as a company to deal with. When approached about the service, they advised they do not have time to write lengthy messages. An apology would have sufficed however all that was offered was a return address (no other content to the message). A "sorry your item was faultly" does not seem to be a lengthy message to me.

    Rug was not delivered by middle of September as they said it would. Kept fobbing me off with delays at customs when they were showing the rugs on Facebook saying our rugs are here and we are posting out this week. After a month of waiting past the original datei asked for a refund. Which was sent by echeque due to no card linked to Paypal. So not only did they take my money immediately they are making me wait for 10 days to get my refund.They have been reported as not trustworthy
