I was disappointed purely for the fact I travelled a fair distance to look at a car I was told was in 'good condition'. I specifically asked about marks inside and out as there weren't many pictures, but when I got there it took me a matter of minutes to realise it wasn't in good condition. Lots of marks inside and out, respray to the bonnet which was terrible and the drivers seat was split. Don't get me wrong, the staff were lovely and helpful, but be honest on the phone if people are driving almost 2 hours to see a car.

I bought an Audi A3 from here and the guys couldn’t have been more helpful. They made you feel like family when you enter and had a laugh and joke with us. Any concerns were dealt with there and then. Louie was great to deal with and knew his stuff. We even entered a competition with them as they heard about our reasoning for buying a smaller car. Excellent service and friendly salesman called Jordan are very good, first time me and partner going there looking mercedes-benz b class he show me and my partner explain the good thing about the car and honesty explain second time we go again to Jordan his show us two cars and test drive and explain about the car again what is good for me and partner coz I'm disabled and need a big boot.
