Delivery was 45 mins late- no one reached out to tell us this would be the case (which was my main frustration - I understand sometimes delays are out of people’s control). Tried to follow up since with emails and voicemails and been totally ignored- I even wrote a brief Facebook comment which simply informed them their dm’s weren’t working for me and asking them politely to please get in touch- this was also deleted. Just to update my review- after putting up the above I was contacted that evening. I was told they’d be happy to discuss my complaint only once my review has been removed- I replied to say I will remove/edit only once they’ve resolved the issue. That was a week ago. They have said they are currently out of the country at the moment so I very much hope to hear from them on their return.

We hired the candy floss machine for a wedding of around 100 people. The two people who came to set up the machine were so professional and polite. They set up quickly and arrived early which meant that all the guests were able to get the candy floss on time. They made the candy floss on the go - to make sure it was fresh. Both adults and children enjoyed the candy floss. Thank you for making the hiring process so easy I would highly recommend you to friends and family for future bookings.

Fantastic service on both days. We hired Freddie the Frog and the Adult bouncy slide for a school party and the children had so much fun. It was so easy to find out availability and cost and to book on line. Wouldn't use anyone else and have recommended you to lots of friends already. The popcorn cart for the film afternoon at school was also a great hit amongst staff and children! It added to the atmosphere and made it a great event. Plus a big Thankyou to the guys who delivered and squeezed the adult bouncy slide into my garden the next day for our end of year party. They were so friendly and helpful. Thanks again to you all.
