For some reason this company are still stating they serve Leeds?? Had an appointment booked with them in Feb. Last minute cancelled the appointment, the next day still offered me the Leeds clinic. "We can still do Leeds, but will be mid March" Received no communication until I chased and did some research, found a thread on Reddit that was interesting. Turns out that they weren't using the Skin Centre for surgeries for well over a month at that point, at no point was I told. I only found out that they weren't there by calling the centre where they were renting a room myself. Where they planned to conduct the surgery is still unknown. I've requested a refund but still nothing has come back to me. Seems to be a common trend to cancel appointments short notice with them. They have caused me so much more stress than I was already experiencing with the condition I have. Totally unprofessional.

*2nd time doing this as they deleted there previous page* If I could offer any advice I would stay away from this crowd. They took a large deposit off me only to go quiet and not respond to any calls, emails or texts for days. I began looking into them and making calls to the locations they said they are in London and Leeds. The reception had no idea who they were. Eventually I received a call from the manager who was one of the rudest people Iv spoken to. She didn’t fully grasp why I might have been annoyed or complaining. She tried to ridicule me over the phone. It was only after 2/3 times asking for my deposit back did she actually grant it. She asked for my bank details etc over the phone and email after me saying no I want it back to the card. Seemed like a SCAM the whole way throughout. Absolutely bizarre experience altogether. If you’re going to go with these. Alls I would say is best of luck if something goes wrong. You have no chance. They want your money and that’s that.
