  Around two weeks ago, the staff from this agent sent me a message through "Indeed'' that she was interested in my CV. Finally, we made a conversation by phone, she asked me about anythings and long story short I can apply to this agent as an assistant teaching. I sent passport, BRP, documents, filling full applications and guarding test, etc. and also DBS application and I paid 13 pounds for the update DBS check. Then, the staff interviewed me and I asked to her about the result of interview and it was fine. However, yesterday, the staff asked me a letter police check from my country and I do not have the document. Then, the result is they do not accept me after long, long, long conversation and heavy requirement because of one document, police check from my country. She only said "sorry bla bla bla...". Oh this is dissappointing. The problem is why this agent does not ask police check from the beginning. I won't to apply if I know it. This agent has give me a fake hope and take my VALUABLE TIME for this RUBBISH application. Be aware with foreigners. By the way, I am Muslim from developing country and live in Coventry. One thing, I never apply by my iniative, the staff found me in "Indeed". This is embarrassing and wasting time.

  A bit of a scary move to supply after having worked at the same school for almost 30 years! Just Teachers were (and still are) amazing - from my initial interview to now -four years later. I have worked regularly throughout this time (covid aside) and the team have always found work to fit in with my requirements. Someone is always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Gemma, Kyle, Kim, Georgie and the rest of the team are there to help and offer support if and when needed. Regular check ins are made to see how things are going. I would definitely 100% recommend Just Teachers as the 'go to' supply agency.

  I have been SO impressed with Just Teachers in Coventry. The staff are very easy to talk to and always so friendly and helpful. In particular staff I regularly speak with have been particularly helpful - Kyle, Gemma and Georgie. What I like so much is that everyone does their best to find you the work you want but also doesn't pressurise you if for some reason you are not able to take on a particular assignment. The way they relate to their teaching supply staff means they get the best out of you which is great and a win - win situation all round! Also, a very clear, simple and friendly system each week to check your availability. Thanks Just Teachers!

  I would strongly recommend Just Teachers if you are looking for supply work. Lovely staff always ready to go the extra mile to find the right schools. I would normally talk to Gemma, Georgie, Kelly or Kim and they're always on hand if you need them and they're also in touch regularly to make sure you're happy. Very efficient. I have only worked with JT and they've always provided me with work. Thank you so much!

  I joined Just Teachers following a recommendation and they have not disappointed in their professionalism and personal skills. I worked for them for 18 months after leaving a role for personal reasons. What I particularly appreciated is they ‘have your back’. If you don’t like a school (though we are supply we still are great teachers, passionate about children’s education and should still have our professional integrity in tact - we shouldn’t just rock up and teach where the same expectations are not held) they understand and do not expect you to go back. Consultants Kyle and Georgie are brilliant! Always get back to you and you can speak honestly with them. There are improvements or advice I would give - Just Teachers need to explain to the teacher that they have changed the consultant that is going to be finding them work - supply teachers need to ensure they explicit what work they require and update their consultant as and when ( I should have done this as I was having regular work but originally not in a regular Until I shared what I wanted) If you do a good job in a school, more often then not they let the agency know and ask for you to return, quite nice to be valued in a world of education where ‘stress and basic appreciation has gone out the window). Just teachers also send you regular thanks you and to enjoy your well deserved holidays. I have a permanent part time role now (not through Just Teachers) but have decided to stay on their books. As a supply I was working for 3 teaching agencies in Coventry and Warwickshire and Just Teachers were / are the best.

  I have been working for JT for about 18 months as a primary supply teacher following my resignation from a very stressful full time post. They have found me as much work as I can handle and I love the flexibility, enabling me to enjoy my free time and hobbies without working all the hours under the sun! My consultants Gemma and Georgie are friendly and helpful and the rate of pay is competitive. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for teaching in the Coventry area.

  THEN...Weekends and holidays were never my own as planning or admin was always lurking in the background...I was constantly feeling run down and felt my mojo being sucked from my being...I recently retired from a massive work load and stress...NOW...I love the variety and challenges of teaching within EYFS, KS1 and KS2. I am met by friendly staff in each school with plans ready to follow and appropriate marking requirements explained (all very simple to follow). The variety of different schools, different age groups, different children is fantastic. The freedom to choose my own hours of employment means that work never hinders me from living a full and satisfying life. Sometimes I will work a morning, sometimes an afternoon, or a whole day. Every day feels like a holiday because even if I finish at 3:30 it seems like part-time work in comparison to every night finishing late when in a full-time job. Marking never takes more than about half an hour in the afternoon (if there is any). Marking through the day is done at break or lunchtime for my own convenience. Just Teachers staff are considerate and friendly. Working for such a great team has changed my life. I get plenty of work as well as plenty of free time. I now do the job I love and am free to love the job I do. Thank you Just Teachers!!
