Unlit and unsafe so didnt park there. Still waiting for the promised refund two weeks later. Just Park are just ripping people off then holding onto their money for as long as possible. I'm now putting in a formal complaint about the poor customer service and the two weeks of being fobbed off

Easy to find, lots of spaces and cheap but not safe and poorly maintained surface. So you get what you pay for. When I entered carpark I was followed in by a Police car who looked at other few vehicles in carpark, which had been smashed up (one had a window smashed, one had a wingmirror kicked off) there was litter (shoes and a walkie talkie) left on the ground so god knows who they belonged too? A security guard that's run off? As a woman I wouldn't feel safe parking here and returning at night alone to my car.. it was ok on a quiet Sunday afternoon but still wouldn't park there if you cared about your car and don't leave your valuables on display.

Good value for money (although would have been cheaper to pay on the day at the pay and display machine but good if you want to guarantee a space), rough gravelly ground so not great for tyres but other than that it was fine, not the best area for walking back in the dark but I would use again

parked at this location so me and my wife could call into dead wax before going into the o2 institute .basic car park with plenty of cctv coverage and a bonus that its open 24 hours a day.we will be using again.

The car park surface is awful, you’re basically parking on rubble. There were drug dealers hanging around and hoodies eyeing up the cars. This and the area does not make for a safe experience. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because I came back and the car was not on bricks, miraculously. Sarcasm aside, I think investment in the surface, access and fencing and this could be an excellent little car park for this area.
