Booked appointment, drove 45 minutes there for her to say "can you come back later, I have another lady here". I then drove 45 minutes back home and realised that professionalism starts with treating clients with respect. No contact before driving there to say she couldn't do my arranged appointment and even denied that it was the right appointment time, until I screen shot her our confirmation 😏

I have been going to Justina for well over a year now and today I finally made the decision to cut my losses as I've finally had enough of the horrible way she treats customers. I stuck by Justina despite her complete lack of professionalism as she actually did good work on lashes however she holds that over your head and uses it to keep you as a customer whilst treating you very poorly. She told me that other lash technicians had damaged my lashes and that only she has the correct qualifications and experience. I thought long and hard before posting this but it's my duty to inform people of the way she behaves so nobody else has to go through what I have though I know there are others as she's had other customers come into the shop in front of me and she's forgotten their appointment and sent them away even when they've had appointmens booked. Today is the last in a LONG LONG LONG list of times she has acted unprofessionally. I booked an appointment for the 28th Dec weeks ago. I confirm it THREE times and each time she said yes. Then a week ago I messaged her again to confirm (you have to do this with Justina because she never writes her appointments down so she always forgets who she has booked). When I reached out she said she can no longer do 28th and needs to do 30th instead. Then radio silence. Didn't tell me what time or anything on the 30th. I explained I can't do 30th as I have work and commitments but as it was the only day she could do, I changed my work meetings and a personal hospital appointment. Then she messaged to say she would be on holiday and wouldn't be messaging for a while. She finally messaged today on 28th Dec to say my appointment time on 30th is 6pm!! I've NEVER had an evening appointment with her before. I can't do evenings. She knows this and now because she took so long to come back to me, I can't book with anyone else as it's too short notice. To summarise: - Justina booked me in for the 28th weeks ago - cancelled the 28th after i reached out to confirm it for the 4th time - told me I would be seen on the 30th - I rearranged my whole day for the 30th - she then didn't contact me for days until a day before the appointment and gave me a time she knows I can't do - I'm now unable to book in with anyone else due to short notice - she didn't apologise once I would like to heavily point out that this is NOT the first time this has happened. I luckily have all of our conversations on Instagram messenger and what's app where she has done this repeatedly. And she has never ever, once in the history of me seeing her, ever apologised for her behaviour. She once kept me waiting 45 minutes and when I asked her if she could please in future let me know when she's running late as I have to get back to work, her response was, "well my isn't wouldn't stop talking so it took much longer I can't help that." I was then late for work afterwards. I don't deny that Justina does a good job and her eyelash work is very good but sadly the amount of stress she causes by forgetting your appointments, cancelling last minute, being very rude and just causing a lot of upset, it's just not worth it. There are thankfully plenty of other lash artists who are professional and i'd strongly advise to choose one of them. Also on a side note I paid Justina a lot of money for eyebrow ombrebrows and it was a complete waste. You can't even tell I had them done. Definitely do not go for that. The lashes work is good but not worth the stress and upset. Over a year later and I have finally had enough. After looking online for a lip blushing and combo brows services in Birmingham, I decided to book with Justina. And I am thrilled I did so; She is amazing! I couldn't be more pleased with my lips and my brows and how they ended to be, and I cannot stop recommending her enough! The whole experience went very smooth. -She was very kind and patient, providing me with every consultation/ answer I needed pre and post treatment. During the whole treatment she was very patient, too and introduced me to each step she took, how I was on top of being informed. The combo brows procedure, wasn't painful for me at all, neither I experienced any pain or side effects post- treatment. I am in love with the shape of my brows, and Justina did perfect job shaping my brows and making them perfectly proportional and even. The same goes for the lip blushing procedure. It has been three weeks now, and I am in love with my lips colour. It saves me so much time with my makeup routine and I would never look back! If I could I would rate Justina, her talents, skills and overall service with 10000000s stars. The atmosphere in the saloon was amazing too- extremly clean, lovely and calming space, which adds on the overall customer experience.
