Very disappointing, although they are BAFE Sp-203 accredited, they do not work on residential buildings for a call out or an emergency light & access control nor willing to look at fire safety planned maintenance. Their website has a whole section on Private Sector....whats the point!

This company insisted on a site visit, and charge engineer fee, when a phone call with an engineer would have answered the questions I had about the system they had installed for a previous occupant. As a result will look else where to maintain the system. Not happy paying for an 'engineer' visit which is actually just an attempt at selling in more.
