This was my first purchase of an electric vehicle and research suggested a Kia Soul EV would be ideal for our modest local driving needs. I spotted a suitable car on the Just EVs website and contacted Andrew, who explained how my rights, guarantees and Kia Warranty protected me on what was a 'blind' internet sale. He offered a very good price for our part exchange and we bought the car. During preparation, a small leak was found. Kia replaced an entire module under the 7 year guarantee ( the car is 6 years old, so full marks to Kia and Just EVs). The car was delivered on a trailer and our part ex was taken away. The Kia Soul EV is immaculate and I can't fault the car or the service we received. Most importantly the wife likes it too. All in all, a very positive and pleasant transaction. Thank you.

Ordered a Tesla Model 3 and was surprised at how easy the whole thing was....pretty good comms, explanations of what needed doing and when, detailing how and when it would be delivered. Then the delivery was almost like receiving a package, the car arrived on a flat bed and a rep gave an overview and demo of the car etc. They reminded me of my rights under distance selling and that was that. Great car, no issues with it.

I was looking to switch to electric and spent about a month researching. In the end I decided to go with the Renault Zoe ZE40. I saw a battery owned one advertised at "Just EVs" Southampton branch so I called and within few hours I've had my finance sorted. So far with the good bits. I had to call for updates regularly and almost never receiving a call back nor an email reply started annoying me a little but I decided I'll just let that go. After this my sales person disappeared and someone else started covering for him. At first it seemed everything was under control. So little I knew. Received an order saying the car will be delivered on 21/09/2021. Today after multiple attempts to speak to someone at the branch for an update I received a call saying the car now can't be delivered until Friday. They ran into a bit of a snag, you see. I've already sold my other car assuming the delivery date on the order will be met. I suggested I could arrange for a collection. Turns out the vehicle is not even in the branch. Nothing I can do about it and am now stuck without a car. Head office was useless coming up with 1001 excuses about preps, checks and the usual car dealers tricks. I'll update if and when I finally get "my" new car either delivered or collected. I regret not going with Renault directly or someone more trustworthy like Drive Green. To sum it all up - poor service, dishonest and best avoided.

I found JustEVs as part of a search I was performing to find a fair priced buyer for my ZS MG EV. I loved the car and it was low mileage so I wanted to get it off to a good home and secure a good price for myself too. JustEVs offered everything I needed - excellent communication, knowledgeable/approachable staff who guided me through the process. I first submitted photos via the website to generate a quote and then after a phone call the same day we agreed a price and booked an inspection/collection. I was so pleased with their reliability and support! Even when I got confused about the sales process they had patience to support me through it. I know my beloved car will soon be with a new happy driver, and I am pleased with the price I received. It was an “average” of the prices I was quoted from six providers, but what I didn’t gain in a few extra hundred pounds, I gained in a very smooth and enjoyable experience.
