Helen at Juste Moi is beyond helpful - I have been buying all my underwear at Juste Moi for years but when I lost a lot of weight a couple of years ago she went out of her way to try to find items to fit over the phone. In the end I drove from North Devon to Dartmouth just to be refitted by Helen and came away with beautiful underwear that actually fitted! Now I have regained weight and am back to my original size I can phone Helen at any time and she is happy to chat and has recently sent more beautiful items to fit my original shape. I can't recommend this shop more highly and was so surprised to read a few negative reviews, certainly this has never been my experience.

Added photo of a gorgeous chemise 16/1/2023 - yet again a really good experience if you are looking for Marjolaine I can't recommend juste moi enough the shop is gorgeous and the staff are helpful and couldn't do more. I just wish it was a little closer..

Declaring goods on the Customs label at higher value than the original invoice fee. Never got an response to justify the increased difference on the label of the envelope… Ended up paying more VAT and all due to either a mistake or fraud from one of the customer service personnel. I will never make a purchase again with this company. Edit: please note that i have sent an email with photo proof of the envelope and invoice. My email got disregarded.

I made an appointment for a fitting having recently lost some weight. Previously I’ve ordered from them online and service was always excellent, however not knowing my new size, I decided on an in-person visit to the shop. It was a very long drive to get there from my home so I was delighted to discover 1st class service. Helen simply couldn’t have been more patient, attentive or knowledgeable. She was encyclopaedic about her stock and was super patient whilst we tried around a gazillion bras to find the perfect fit. I left with armfuls of bras and nickers! All my details are stored on their computer so that they can be recalled if I visit again, or so that I can call and have them posted. I highly recommend both the shop and the online service.

The swimwear in this boutique is beautiful. I recently purchased my fifth swimsuit from Juste Moi in the same number of years, and I still wear all of them. As I holiday in hot environments and swim a lot, I thought the colours might have faded, but not at all. The colours are as vibrant as ever and the fit is great. Fantastic choice too! Thoroughly recommend!

Beautiful boutique with a lovely selection of lingerie. The lady that fitted me was incredibly knowledgable about the right size and style that would complement my shape. Having the right size bra has made such a difference to the way my clothes fit. I will definitely be back.

I would avoid this shop at all costs. The lady is rude beyond belief. I went in to ask for a fitting and she refused, implying I did not seem like the 'sort' that bought underwear in their price range. They are very expensive. She has no idea of my economic standing and I do not think you should have to gurantee a purchase before a fitting. That said, I had the intention of buying quite a lot. As it is, I'll take my business elsewhere which is a shame as I would rather support my local shops.

Wonderful selection of lingerie. Helen was truly wonderful from start to finish. The lingerie is easily found in draws containing your perfect fit. I can't wait to be back in Dartmouth in the Autumn to visit again.
