Not even worth 1 star. Was promised a case of wine upon returning home and despite numerous calls to customer service, over 2 months later, no sign of wine. Food provided at the hotel was absolutely horrible. Was a walking holiday, but not much walking was planned. An advertised 10k walk was only 6k. The tours to the 2 best places in the area (Florence and Luca) were expensive add ons and should have been included in a holiday to Tuscany. The tour guide was bossy and rude. Will never use this company again.

Absolutely fantastic holiday to Scilly, tour guide the fellow travellers etc. Only problem they are not providing the chauffeur service next year which really took the stress off having to go to a distance airport. Until that is reinstated will have to look elsewhere as the holidays are not the cheapest on the market. Such a shame...😔

Pompeii - lovely people IN hotel. Veggie food great. However guide in Naples did not help me when there were stairs to the museum with no rail. Others pointed out the step free slope and this was pointed out to the guide she did not apologize but directed me towards the lift to the next floor but when I got our they had gone and she had not waited for me. Addison Lee were awful. From Heathrow to Leytonstone the driver went through Waterloo and Vauxhall. The driver said that this was the best way to get to the A13 to Ilford. I got out at Waterloo and travelled the step free way to Leytonstone.

Booked holiday with with 5 months left on my expiry date..I was advised on many occasions this was fine for trip to Italy. I queried it again 3 days before travel and raised the issue again..I was not able to fly as my issue date which no one asked about was different to expiry date..spent days at passport office to no avail.. Lost all my money and they would not even refund taxi fare.. They contacted me and advised they did not have a clue and learnt something new !!! Yea but at my cost.. I am retired..

Just You are totally lacking in care and consideration for the single traveller. I was left a Gatwick Airport for 4 hours waiting for a taxi they organised (it never came) .

Terrible service! Keep ringing and ringing their phone number. No replies. Have been on several holidays with them in the past and the service was good. Not so any more. Much better solo holidays out there and cheaper!

Just came back from a fantastic week in Pompeii, our tour guide Matteo was brilliant nothing was too much trouble, hotel staff were fantastic, they made our holiday feel very special.if I can fault the hotel then it be that they didn’t have a pool only a jacuzzi, but apart from that it was great.Great trips & a fantastic farewell from the staff, it was sad to go home.
