I find Danny's fees unjustifiable. Imagine, having to pay a fee of £495.00 and yet there is no guarantee that you will get a mortgage an regardless you will still have to pay that fee. My advice is, go to a high street mortgage broker where they will only charge once your mortgage has been guaranteed and that said, the most you'll pay is approximately the same but at least you know your mortgage is guaranteed
