We are so delighted with our shutters provided by Rob. From visiting us to provide a quote to fitting them, it has been a first class service from start to finish and we would highly recommend to anyone! We had three or four quotes but went with Rob as there was no pressure selling, he measured up and was able to provide an instant quote but above all, he made it clear from the start that he would be fitting them himself. The whole service from Rob Wardle at Just Shutters Hampshire was impeccable from start to finish . From the initial visit to measure and quote , Rob was knowledgeable , professional , friendly and recommended the best options for my windows. I signed up there and then and didnt even bother to get other quotes. Rob has just finished fitting the shutters and I am absolutely delighted with them ! Highly recommend !

I've just had the best experience from Rob at Just Shutters! We'd had 3 quotes before Rob and once he walked round the house, measured up, discussed in-depth the finish and the frame fittings he gave me a quote. Running through the quote face to face and talking time lines was really helpful as we'd just moved in. Luckily I had no hesitation that he was the best man for the job and we had our new shutters arrive after 8 weeks and installed within 2 days. They look beautiful and have really made our house, I wouldn't be without them. Thank you SO much, I will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

I got 3 quotes before going ahead with Just Shutters. I went with Rob Wardle from Just Shutters Hampshire as I liked the idea of having one person responsible for measuring, quoting and installing. It wasn't the cheapest quote but Rob was the only person out of the 3 companies who emphasized that the finish had to be perfect. He was enthusiastic, made suggestions as to what would look good in my house and he came across as being honest; so we went with him. There was absolutely no pressure selling, offering me discounts to place an order within a certain time period or pressure to buy a more expensive product. Installation was earlier than expected, went off like a dream and we now have white mdf frames with hardwood shutters fitted in our bay window downstairs and in the upstairs front bedroom. We are delighted with them. Payment terms were also straightforward, 50% on order and 50% on completion unlike Hilary's who wanted final payment before installation! Great work Rob (and mum) I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family in future.

I don’t often leave reviews but I had to on this occasion. Rob at Just Shutters has been a rare find. Punctual, informative throughout, knowledgeable and he’s done a fantastic job fitting our shutters. It was an awkward project fitting them to a sloping ceiling but I’m thrilled with the final result. All packaging taken away, tidy, polite and courteous. Def recommend and will use again.
