Been using this Just Ship It for nearly 9 months, and i must say the customer service from the likes of Tom, Grant, Simon and the rest of the team is impeccable. All of my requests are always handled with due care and attention with follow up phones to let me know the progress of any issues or amendments that i need taken care of. Their software allows me to cut my processing time for my orders by 30-40% allowing me to concentrate of my business. I also use their sister company to have my store designed to so i know them well from to sides and the level of service is excellent. I can easily see myself using them again when my renewal is up.
