Zero stars. Absolutely terrible experience. We booked our honeymoon through Just Sardinia, service was great through the booking process but when we turned up to our first accommodation THERE WAS NO BOOKING FOR US. Is it all a big scam?We have had to wait 24 hours for a solution and still do not have one, totally ruining the start of our honeymoon. An absolute shambles and the worst start to what should be the trip of a lifetime. Never happened to us before with any other holiday, just dreadful, sadly will not be using again and would not recommend, it is just not worth the stress.

Wow! I have never been so impressed by a travel agent and that's saying something as I travel a lot. Just fantastic service right from the moment we considered travelling to Sardinia right to getting back home. We were stuck in the British Airways flight cancellations and they were just brilliant at helping us in every way they could. The staff were so kind and helpful, the UK based staff took calls and answered emails over a bank holiday weekend and the Sardinia based staff were there locally to support us too. Just fantastic service at a reasonable price. I would most certainly return to Sardinia and I'd only ever book through Just Sardinia. Highly recommended!
