My dads disabled and they accommodated him with a chair near the toilets while he was waiting. He had tried local and nobody could get him in until the next week or just never got back to him. He tried Just Renault and they got him in the next day with excellent service. He would like to do a shout out to shawn who took care of him.

My new garage. Shaun fitted me in to check on some issues I had. My heater/blower had stopped working and some fuse issues. Needed a new resistor which he changed on the same day for me. Very happy with the cost and will definitely return/recommend.

Came in Last week with a faulty Mirror on my Renault Scenic. I had called another Renault place in Wolverhampton that wanted to charge me £130 JUST to run a diagnostics, Came in and the good ol' lads at 'Just Renault' were able to get me another mirror and fix it in Just under 2 hours for Less than what the Wolverhampton place was charging JUST to tell me what the problem was. I was kept informed of the damages and was informed and educated about all the possible options which allowed me choose a safe and also cost effective solution. This is the second time we have used them and the Mrs and I are well impressed, we hope not to be back lol but if problems arise, best believe I will be coming back to these fine gentlemen! And nowhere else!
