Called into this shop at midday today to buy badminton string or get my badminton racket re-strung. Was told it would be re-strung by 4pm as they would not sell me string to do it myself. At 13.15pm (once I had already driven back home to Royston) I received a call to say they could no longer honour the agreement of 4pm and it wouldn’t be complete for a couple of days. As I have an important match tomorrow I had to return to get my racket to have it done elsewhere. On my return to collect my racket, they would still not sell me just the string to do it myself and could only offer a refund. Very disappointed in the service and fail to understand why, despite having plenty of packets of string, they would not sell me a packet

I've been on the phone to him a few times as well as been in to see him to try a few demo options. He gave us a lot of confidence in his advise & our selections & never once made us feel pressured or that his advise was bias. What a pleasure to deal with such a pleasant, experienced & knowledgable professional that actually cares & has so much of his own experience with all these different rackets. I ordered a tennis racket from these guys and it arrived within 3 days fully strung to my own specifications. I have had countless rackets re-strung in my time, but they have done such a good job of it, I am going to send them all my other rackets to be re-strung.
