Absolutely disappointing!! after booking and paying my parking space the owner decided on his own to charge me more, they did absolutely nothing! rather than helping me find a solution as every major company does, they actually helped the owner on the procedure in order to cancel my booking despite my will. they are completely untrustworthy and unreliable if you want to make any sort of plan, and their costumer service is even worse. they never answer directly to your question and try to find any possible excuse to take time and be sure you are going to use again their service by giving them more money before even giving you a refund!! they literally squeeze you like a lemon before throwing you away without solving your problem.

What a joke this company is a disabled person has the app so doesn't have to go to machine pays on app as directed by app gets parking ticket as it's paid for car park 200 yards down Rd spoke to just park and they say you have to go to machine to check what car park your at its your responsibility this app is just as bad as the company who owns it why have the app???

Happy and satisfied with Justpark services Unfortunately The Millenium Gloucester Hotel SW7 4LH has been removed from locations. I would ask Justpark to reconsider the hotel as it a good location for easy access specially during tough times like Covid. Thank you.
