Awful service, I ordered a speed loaded and some BB's on the 5th May, but no updates on delivery up to 24th, I call and to get through was awful, seemed like they kept putting the phone down. After getting through to someone they say they sent 1st class which was a lie due to you always get a shipping confirmation to state the item is shipped even if its 1st class which is a website generated email for shipped orders. they said they'll make sure its delivered Thursday or Friday, Friday midday the email comes through stating it's shipped. Awful customer service and company, do not use!

I had a afew issues with the sending of the product i bought. Wasnt Just Paintball's fault or mine but Just Paintball went above and beyond to help me out. Very easy to communicate with over email quick respond time. When i phoned Just Paintball up just for an update they were polite and understanding and walked me thru it all. I honestly thought i was going to have to pay to be sent again but Just Paintball sorted it no problem. And the product i bought it is amazing and so much fun. Thank you again guys ill be back for more soon.

Quick processing and amazing customer service! After making an error in my original order I reached out to the company via email, received a prompt response, and was able to rectify the issue prior to shipping. This company went above and beyond to help me and make sure I got the parts I needed in time for the weekend.
