  My boyfriend and I initially met with Terrasa Dower to apply for a decision in principle as we are first time buyers. Terrasa was more than helpful and great at answering any questions we had and secured us a deal with the best rate she could find within a week of meeting. During the process Terrasa asked us what type of property we were looking for in our price range and she went above and beyond her role to keep an eye out for anything that we might be interested in. A week after we met, Terrasa let us know that a property had come available so we organised a viewing before it even went on the market. Its been just over 2 weeks since meeting and we have now had our offer accepted on hopefully our first home and Terrasa has been amazing at talking us through the entire process and has kept us updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend!

  Terrasa Dower must be the best mortgage broker in the UK if she isn't I would like to meet the actual person who is ? I am a first time buyer so I had no clue where to start and I had no idea of mortgages and what to look for. I spoke to quite a few brokers before I made contact with Terrasa, I found they were all just feeding me jargon and just wanted me to sign up quick without finding out exactly what service i needed. This definitely wasn't the case with Terrasa. As this was my first time purchasing a home I was quite anxious and worried as this would be the largest purchase I have ever made. After my first appointment with Terrasa I felt at ease and confident. She explained everything in a user friendly way so I was very clear and understood the whole purchasing process much better after our conversation. Terrasa definitely went above and beyond to make sure I had been offered the right mortgage package for me and she was also always available to answer questions. Anyone who is looking to purchase a home then i recommend you contact Terrasa the service you will receive will be fantastic Ps. She is not just a great broker she is also a great person

  We were introduced to Terrasa Dower by another Mortgage Broker who was supposed to do my mortgage process. Since he wasn’t available to process my one; he referred Terrasa for me. Though I was bit worried initially but as soon as she started the process, I realised she is right person for this job. Very friendly and super active individual who understand her client’s needs and goal. She always acted in my best interest while suggesting mortgage offers.   Terrasa Dower is not only extremely knowledgeable she also makes you feel comfortable and at ease during what would otherwise be a very stressful process. If it was not for her going above and beyond our expectations multiple times I doubt we would have been able to get the mortgage we wanted/needed. No question was too small or silly.   First, I would like to start by apologising for my late review - it's always difficult to make good reviews and easy to complain... and I rarely leave the reviews. Still, Terrasa Dower impressed me every time along the journey of buying our first property. We were slightly unlucky with our process, and our initial mortgage offer ran out (of course, that's not a fault on the advisor's side, our solicitor experience from the buyer and seller side was terrible, but that's time for another one). Terrasa was always there to help us and tried to do everything to extend + help us with the new one after the first one expired. She was always patient and explained everything to us that's happening and was helping us a lot with the completion (which was quite difficult to say...). She was going well beyond her initial responsibilities. Apart from her professionalism and giving her best all the time, she was always energetic and highly approachable. Truly remarkable service. I can wholeheartedly recommend Terrasa! Thanks, for all of your efforts and your help along the way.
