This review is for a member of staff at Just Mortgages. I cannot comment on the business as a whole but feel obligated to share the great service I received from Laura Cox. I have been shopping around for mortgage rates and with lenders being particularly strict at the moment, it's been a chore. However, Laura has gone above and beyond and done all the hard work for me. With the hours she has put in, it makes me wonder if she actually works for Just Mortgages or if she is being held at gunpoint to provide a service, as she seems to ALWAYS be available to speak to! Her advice and positivity has been brilliant, she even helped me take the plunge with a new hair colour! Even though it turned out I can't get a mortgage (disclaimer: hair colour didn't affect application), I will definitely contact Laura when I am in a better position.
