Not great when it comes to customer service, brought a brand new lawnmower from them in June 2022, it had to be sent back around august which was due to a carberatta failure. This was ok as company fixed this for no charge. Got the mower back and have been having so many issues trying to get it started. Sent a video to show this and they said that this was normal for it to need another ur 6 to 9 attempts to get going. I’m sorry but this should not be the case in a mower that’s 6 months old. Company replied to me saying that I could sent it back but if they find nothing wrong I would incite charges. Not great customer service when you’ve spend on a new mower 6 months previously

I previously reviewed this company 1 star due to the following. Ordered a Honda strimmer/brush cutter that I started to use and realised that the trigger and stop button was not working. Then noticed the fuel tank was loose and moving around. Reported to the company who asked me to send it to them to be inspecting in the workshop. Once inspected they suggested that I had dropped the machine numerous times and that I would have to pay for the machine to be fixed or pay for it to be returned back to me faulty. However since then, the company did the right thing and followed consumer rights by repairing the machine and sending it back to me after some long debates. Since Iv had my brush cutter back it’s like a completely different machine to when I used it the first time. Quite and smooth. Clearly the machine had been damaged during delivery.

No real problems with the company, got some advice on how to sort out one of the faults over the phone. The mower however is very disappointing. Decided to go for a Honda engined Mountfield SP53H, thinking it would be better than the basic Mountfield it was replacing, sadly not. From trim not fitting to carb' flooding, blade boss studs shearing, height adjustment linkage coming apart (by pure luck found the pin that had dropped out, awaiting the replacement circlip, if there had ever been one in the first place?). Every trip out is an adventure! A machine for the practical only. Fairly recently I bought a brush cutter from another company who unpacked and test ran it in their workshop before repacking and sending it out,. Proper quality control. I shall be looking up their name again for future reference as I suspect I shall be needing a new mower sooner than I had otherwise anticipated.
