Stay well away - dodgy string of linked companies. JK Insurance is Linked to Herts insurance consultants, they have changed their name, now called Sterling Insurance who 'operate' as Trinity Lane Insurance registered in Gibraltar this is linked to a separate claims management company (Hadleigh) who handle all claims and are unregulated and not registered with the FCA. They are untrained and in chaos. I raised a query with JK regarding a potential scam and ended up with a claim against my name lost my NCB and had my premium increased. I raised a formal complaint with JK and have never had a response despite sending it to every known email address they have. FCA have recorded a case against my complaint.

Beware Don’t sell your van until the insurance has almost ended…sold mine with 6 months to left on insurance. Called them to cancel and the reimbursement figure ….£00.00 due to “terms and conditions”. Rubbish rip off agents.

Really fair prices and doesn’t seem to go up every year (well nothing silly anyway). Includes breakdown cover too. Other devices are also brilliant especially the parts finder for older vans. Really love this company and would alway recommend.

Dreadful service. Asked to cancel an amendment twice. Third time, headline complaint. They cancelled my entire policy because they didn't read the request properly. It had cost £59 to add someone. Never using them again

Was charged £ 79.50 to cancel my insurance on the day of renewal today. £40 odd for the cancelation charge and £30 odd for today's insurance which red as soon as I cancelled, what did I just pay for? So whilst going through the process of cancelation I was put on hold for 25 minutes listening to the automated message telling me the Just Kampers friendly team would find me the best deal! £ 500 was my renewal but because I have been shopping about last week I decided to get a quote from Just Kampers and it was £300 So today I thought that the Just Kampers friendly team would find me the best deal because that's what I heard on the automated message about 20 times! I did question the lady on the cancelation as to why the friendly team at Just Kampers thought the best quote for me was £500 when I was quoted whilst shopping around for cheaper insurance because the cost of living has gone up incredibly, why had the friendly Just Kampers team found me a quote of £500 when I found myself a quote of £300? Said lady wanted to put me back to sales to ask them and see what they could do but I would never use these Friendly Just Kampers Insurers ever again! So I paid the £80 just to write this review 😁 Well at least try not to because they've all other aliases. Anyway I hope this was helpful fellow Dub dudes 🤙 Ps the one star was just to leave a review , the star system should go both ways

After having been involved in an accident that was deemed my fault. Just Kampers passed me over to the insurance underwriter and then when I was having difficulty in contacting the underwriter Just Kampers did not reply to a single email I sent to there customer service. I trusted Just Kampers as a VW camper van specialist and they offloaded me to a insurance company that did not answer the phone or email. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for your insurance.
