Excellent store and customer service. I'm a first-time dog mum and found the sales representative Natalie to be polite and informative about puppy nutrition. Having a puppy for the first time can be overwhelming with all the products on show to offer, however, I was made to feel at ease and gain a better understanding of my pup's health. I was also provided with some careful information about fresh treats that were suitable for my pup, which I had no previous knowledge about whether these were safe or not.
