I purchased through there ebay site, delivery by Yodel, parcel has gone missing, Just Equine, will not start a claim through Yodel, this was supposed to be a Christmas present, communication very poor, customer service very poor, infact appalling service, ive tried calling emailing and cannot talk to anyone.
