I have been squeamish in the past when the NHS used to fund the burning off treatment by your own GP. I had a lot of skin tags at both sides of my neck and am still squeamish enough not to be able to use the at home over the counter treatments for skin tags. When I saw Michelle today and had the skin tag removal treatment, she was very kind and understanding, talking to me to distract me. I was put at ease. The skin tag removal treatment hurts far less than having a tattoo and if you don't think about it you hardly feel it. Thank you for helping me get over my fear of having them removal. Excellent aftercare as well!

I would highly recommend Michelle, she is lovely and caring made me feel at ease straight away, I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks but Michelle made me feel relaxed and not at all worried about the procedure I was having, until coming to see Michelle I thought I was stuck with the veins on my face I didn't think anything could be done for them, and thought I'd never be able to afford anyway even if it could but I was surprised how reasonable the prices was, and she takes her time explains everything beforehand, and aftercare thankyou Michelle and I'll see you again soon 😘

I have been coming to Michelle since last April and I am so grateful for everything she has done for me so far! Michelle is so friendly and professional and explains everything so thoroughly which completely puts my mind at ease. I am so glad I chose to start this journey with her and her determination to help me is absolutely amazing. I have to have longer sessions due to suffering with PCOS but because Michelle is so lovely and friendly it's always a really enjoyable experience and I look forward to going every time. The love and passion Michelle has for her job makes the experience so much better, I highly recommend for anyone wanting permanent hair removal, you won't get a better experience anywhere else!!

I can't recommend Michelle strongly enough. I've never had anything like electrolysis done before and she was absolutely brilliant, she explained everything to me so well and really made my first session a breeze. I started to see results straight away, when I went for my second session it already took less time because there was already less hair. This has made such a difference for me and I wish I did it sooner. Now I've had a few sessions and Michelle has also removed a skin tag for me, she did a fabulous job and it's healed nicely so you can't even tell it was there! I've also had a milia/ milk spot removed which I could never get rid of, I feel like a new person! If you're looking for someone professional and reassuring you found her, Michelle is very knowledgeable and on top of it all absolutely lovely. If you're unsure about getting something sorted I definitely recommend giving her a call, she offered me a free electrolysis consultation so I could speak to her in person, see the equipment and the process and check it was the right choice for me. Michelle has always made me feel calm and comfortable and I've learnt so much from her. I have my next session this week and I can't wait! I won't be going anywhere else.
