Got 2 split ac 18,000 btu of Just Coolers installed in my large conservatory in June 2006. It works fine and now one of them need gas. I am having difficulty in getting it and when I call other aircon guys; they want me to get a completely new unit. There is nothing wrong with the units . They cool the room or heat it. Pricing is v.good and installation was reasonable too. Highly recommend this to the branded ones which are very expensive.

Got a good quote from them but then wasted 2 hours getting bored and waiting for them to turn up. I'm sure their workmanship is ok but I'd lost trust in them at that point. Terrible timekeeping! You can't arrive 2.5 hours late and expect people to sit in and wait for you! They arrived half an hour after I'd gone out. Unfortunately I had to fire them and can't recommend them to anyone.
