Safety is not at the forefront of what they do! A friend of ours daughter was climbing on a wall recently at a agricultural show and the steel cable snapped whilst she was climbing on resulting her to be receiving medical attention in a ambulance. It’s pretty clear that they are not doing routine checks on their climbing walls.
