Awful customer service on initial enquiry. Called as a motability customer to test drive a particular Citroën only to be told, "The motability specialist isn't in." Well, it doesn't need a motability specialist to arrange a test drive so I asked, "Well, if I wasn't a motability customer, would I be able to test drive." The response you ask? "Well, I deal with Hyundai so I don't know." So I ask to speak with someone from Citroën and I'm put on hold. A few seconds later, same guy returns to the call and says the car is awaiting a part so isn't available to test drive. On asking if there is any estimate on how long until the car would be available, I'm told, "Well, it could be next week, it could be 3 months, who knows?" Needless to say I decided to enquire at the next nearest Citroën dealership and have been treated amazingly. Shoddy customer service on first contact doesn't give a great impression and will mean a loss of sales.
