Called 0n 12 December to one box of 500 silver stickers £30.00 approx was advised we had to take gold stickers at £30.00 also. This was not an option as we do not sell the same volume of gold. Was advised by nice fellow on the phone with clearly at private income , that they would have rep call as this was to litttle to purchase. Odd as we purchased 80% of their entire stock they held at Baird & Co Glasgow who closed Glasgow office down last year Clearly customer service is not something they are interested in . They would rather attempt to coerce small buisnes into funding their whims . Wake up you are losing thousands with this attitude , suspect we all may picking be over the bones of your company if this continues.
