Ordered a Teddy for my OH goddaughter to ask her to be our flower girl... I have messaged several times and was told it would be looked into but heard nothing since...the order was placed on the 7th December 2020, its not been delivered and to able to get hold of anyone seems harder than anything! Would not recommend.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. I made an order online for 3 gifts for my father, mother and mother in law to be for my wedding, I made a note in the order saying please send me a proof prior to printing so I could see what it would look like. This was ignored and I got an email saying my items had been dispatched. When I tried to email and call numerous time I have had no reply and no delivery! They have taken my money and not given me the products. This is disgusting and so stressful when planning a wedding and such personal gifts. There is zero customer service or care to your customers and I am shocked that both amazon and Etsy seem to promote this brand. I’d like my products or money back, is that too much to ask!? Do not order from this company!!!

I emailled 'Just beautiful gifts' to ask if they had any girl Christmas elves as they only showed boy ones on their website. I received an email back confirming that they did sell girl elves and I was to send a further email when I ordered asking for a girl one instead of a boy one, which I did. When my order arrived I realised they had sent me a boy elf. I already have one if these and didnt want another so I emailled back asking what coukd be done. I had no reply so I messaged again using the contact us form on their website.......still no reply. So I called the telephone number online. The number repeatedly went straight to answerphone so I left a message which has also been ignored. I'm getting fed up now as I have an elf I dont want and no way if contacting just beautiful gifts to arrange a swap! Rubbish!!!!!
