Went this week to buy secondary school uniform ready for September. Just us in the shop which was great it ment I could concentrate. A lovely lady on the shop floor assisted my daughter with choosing the correct sized blazer. Cashier made no effort to engage with me or my family which made us feel unwelcome.

I went to check out the procedure at the shop prior to taking my Grandson and family on Saturday. On both visits Will was polite,pleasant and very knowledgeable, put my Grandson at ease, I used to work at John Lewis so am used to good customer service, this shopping experience was excellent, thanks Will from team Thompson 🙂we shall return.
