Abysmal! how can you not take card payments in 2023??? i understand you want to doge the taxman, i get it! but your not charging customers 1 or 2 quid? customers can be expected to pay in excess of £100 depending on what we order! i walked around bethnal green and couldn't find a single functioning cash point. they are either vandalized or out of use! cheesed me off.

Probably my 4th or 5th time buying the pistachio milk cake, it never disappoints!! My family and I always fight over extras, one tray is never enough. I also really appreciate the friendly service, I will be back to buy again. Please dont stop making the pistachio milk cake!

Disappointed in the caramel bake tray. In previous years it’s on point, but on recent purchase 3 days ago, the crust was all wrong. It was not made with short crust pastry, seemed more doughy and undercooked and it made the whole thing distasteful. Price and service have saved this from being a one star review.

Lied about the wedding cake and service I'd receive. I paid £650! I got scammed and lied to by the person at the counter. I paid extra for the presentation which wasn't given. I guess your business is busy enough now and you don't care about the service provided. Won't be coming back... anyone using them make sure you check up on them and remind them about the service they promised!
