Really disappointed, had work done last year and it was excellent, however, this year have failed to turn up to two pre arranged appointments which I have taken time off work for. Spoke to Rose who promised a phone call back that evening, still heard nothing back. Edit: I am of course sorry to hear that, but that was not the reason given, twice I was told it was due to a broken down vehicle. If you were unable to do the work at present we should have been informed so we didn’t need to take unnecessary time off work. It’s also unfortunate that are you able to reply to a negative review but not to our phone calls or emails.

Came to my house promptly to assess what needed doing. Quotation followed immediately and work completed within a really short space of time. Guys took one day only to clear my garden, cut trees and trim hedges. Looked amazing after three years of neglect. Left the place spotless. Would definitely hire again.
