  I ordered a watch, which was delivered super speedy! But I decided I wanted the slightly different one. I spoke with Neil in custom services to make sure I could return the watch I had and get an exchange for the ever so slightly different one. He went above and beyond to make sure the new watch was with me as quickly as possible, I got a prepaid returns label within 10 mins of filling in the returns form! I also got an email from Neil letting me know my returned watch had arrived and he had processed the exchange for me. My new new watch arrived today only 2 days after contacting customer services! Thank you. Jura watches had my watch at the best price I could find so all in all a happy customer.

  Terrible and inconsistent customer service. I ordered a strap for my watch over a month and a half ago. They said it was not in stock and had to be ordered from the brand. As of yet, I have not been informed about my order, other than one reply saying they are still waiting for an update themselves. More often than not they won't even reply to my requests, let alone provide a useful answer. Even the one (seemingly) helpful rep, Haney, told me she would keep me posted but that, too, did not happen. Will be asking for a refund soon...

  Originally 5 stars, but now downgraded to 1 after a terrible experience over the last two months. Take your money elsewhere based on my summary below. At the end of all of this, I have cancelled my order and have had no apologies. I don't have any faith that my refund will be returned to me. I have been back and forth constantly with Jura watches, being promised that the watch will be arriving by ‘x’ date. This date seems to shift out every week. I’ve been told so many times now that the watch is ‘arriving on the next pallet’, but it never does. It’s clear that this watch is never actually going to arrive. My guess is that someone has clearly made an error or never put the order through correctly in the first instance. For reference, I initially ordered a Longines automatic watch in early January. I was informed on the 18th January that this watch is out of stock and that the line is being phased out. As an alternative, we agreed for her to order the Silver dial variant, which was supposedly the ‘last one in the factory’. Something has clearly gone wrong at this point, and it is obvious that no one actually knows where the watch is. What’s also odd is that I have seen this exact model come back into stock a couple of times on your website in between January and now. I’ve even had to escalate with Longines themselves, and they also don’t know where it is. I’ve even been into the Brand’s flagship store in London, and they were baffled by the lack of communication and the inability of anyone to track its whereabouts. I’m sorry to say that this has been the worst service I have ever received buying a watch, and expected far better from a reputable dealership and luxury Swiss manufacturer. What a disappointment. A little honesty and transparency would have been appreciated from the start.

  I advise you not to buy from them because if you have problems with the watch and send it back for warranty, it will take more than 3 months before they send it back to you... what they are doing is unacceptable

  After allowing nearly 3 years for them to supply the watch straps I ordered, I'm still waiting for a refund despite repeated requests and lots of broken promises. Terrible attitude to customer service and I'll be forced to take legal action to recover the money they have not returned.

  Terrible service, quite possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. I placed an order that was showing as in stock on the website. When the delivery day arrived and the watch didn't show up I contacted Jura watches, only to be told that the watch is on back order from the suppliers. I therefore requested a refund. I had to chase on 3 separate occasions to get them to process my refund. Each time they promised it would be done and it wasn't. The lack of communication and disregard for their customers is shocking. They will happily lie to get you to place an order and once they have your money you will struggle to get it back. I have no idea how they are still allowed to trade (there are multiple other reviews similar to mine..)
