My six-year old Jura Z6 was in need of a service. I had previously sent it back to Lancashire but it was quite inconvenient. I booked it for service with Coffee Caprice. Mark came to my workplace in West London, picked up the machine and delivered it back the following week. I am so impressed by the quality of this service. It has literally been restored to "as new" condition: even the water tank has been thoroughly cleaned and the machine gleams as it did when I first bought it. I was a little worried handing my £2K coffee machine over to a complete stranger but I can reassure anyone that Mark and the team at Coffee Caprice do a great job.
