After a right debacle trying to have my grandfathers 1970s Montblanc pen repaired. Montblanc themselves haven’t made the model for years so could do nothing for me. In a last ditch effort I popped by head into Jupp to see if there was anything they could do for me. These incredibly kind people, though they do not specialise in fountain pens, offered to clean it for me with their ultrasonic to see if it might help. The pen is cleaner than ever, and after inspecting the nib, this should have solved the problem. I offered to give them something for their trouble, but they refused preferring a donation to Cancer Research. It’s rare to meet such kind, decent and helpful people and I’m enormously grateful I did. I’ll certainly be going back to them whenever I need jewellery!

I recently thought that I had lost a diamond from my engagement ring and took it in to Jupps to get it replaced. Mr Jupp examined the ring and informed me that the diamond was not missing but was being obscured by dirt (imagine my embarrassment!). He tried to clean it there and then but was not satisfied with the result, so I left it with him for a proper clean and refurbish. I was delighted with the service and my ring looks like new. I also had time to browse whilst there and the shop is full of beautiful bespoke jewellery that is extremely reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Jupps Fine Jewellery and will be back!
