They are just HARASSING me by calling every day!!! Each time I am asking them to delete my contact details and I block their number! But they still do!!!! I am doing night shifts and its terribke to be woken up each time!! I have emailed them and still they will not stop I don't know what to do yo make them stop harassing me!!!

Cold called me , got my profession wrong and when I said I was happy in my current role , kept persisting to try and offer there services . Repeated that happy in current role started telling me they can beat inflation. Again repeated happy in role just simply hung up. As a recruitment lead for large NHS department using recruitment agencies to source temporary and permanent HCP’s and nursing very disappointing to see this hard sell approach . Not very endearing.

I was approached because my CV was still lingering in Jupiter’s archives though I wasn’t actively looking for a new position. I found Jason to be professional, offering me the chance to look at the job without using “pushy” salesmen techniques. His contact with me via text, email and phone calls was proportional to the interest I was showing. There was a consistent follow up and regular updates and I felt I didn’t have to do any extra work as between the agency and the potential employer the matter resolved within a couple of weeks. Jason was always upholding his company’s values during our conversations. All together I am pleased how the recruitment was handled, I haven’t had any positive experiences in the past and I have never progressed beyond the first conversation with the rep before. Therefore a thank you is in order, to Jupiter, but particularly to Jason.
