Awful experience with Jupiter properties!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! Here is the state of the cooker and drain the day i moved in but that's just 2 examples of the state of the house - also found clothes under my mattress from the previous occupant. Property was not cleaned and they tried to charge us for nonexistent damages at the end of the year. Sneh is an extremely rude woman - very condescending!!!!

DO NOT Rent from Jupiter. Absolute cowboys. Told us the house would be renovated by the start of September and it wasn’t ready until the END of October. We were forced to live in awful conditions. Furthermore they didn’t use the student deposit scheme which is illegal. Any issues we had with the house were not resolved for weeks.

Absolutely fabulous experience with Jupiter Properties! They looked after us and the house, and made sure to get repairs sorted as soon as possible, often on the same day! :) Sneh is an asset to the team and all other staff have always been friendly and easy to contact if needed. Couldn’t recommended more to students looking for properties - it completely changed my view on student property agencies/landlords! Although there were minor damages when we arrived (paint marks etc) we had no problems with our deposit return and they were more than happy to get any fixes sorted. They were also in contact throughout our tenancy to check on us and any required fixtures. The repair people were also very chatty and friendly. Although there are a lot of negative reviews, I really struggle to understand why as our experience was very positive overall and it has been a pleasure to rent with them.

DO NOT RENT WITH JUPITER! Was not an informative letting agent. Did not teach residents where any of the fire safety where or how to use. Was not shown where water meter is, or how to use the utilities like the washing machine- I worked this out when I found a manual randomly placed. Even though my issues got solved through email, they did not clarify my concerns with a reply email instead they would send a maintenance man round at random hours of the day without warning. House is poorly designed, with locks that fall of the doors, thin walls and front door that was stiff and difficult to lock. Looking forward to moving out.
