They lied to me to buy a phone. When I realised that they deceived me I asked for a refund immediately but they refused to give me a full refund and insulted me. They behave dishonestly, have no shame and no remorse. Generally better pay with credit card in any shop and be suspicious if they insist that you pay in cash like in this shop. Avoid them and go to a proper store.

If you’ve had your iPhone 11 repaired recently at this store, it probably contains pieces of my old phone. My phone was stolen and this was its last reported location, as is the case for other people so this place is definitely ran by criminals, do not trust. They’re probably ugly too
