    Brought my car here in March to get a seal fixed on my tyre (which they seem to have done a decent job of). However… I also wanted to get a knocking noise checked out, which was coming from the passenger side front wheel. They said a shock absorber had come loose but that it wasn’t dangerous and the car would still pass it’s mot- and even after I persistently questioned this was re assured the car was safe to drive. A week later and I completely lost control of the car on a country road, smashed through a wall and fence and ended up stuck in a field… luckily the car didn’t roll or this could have ended up much worse (miraculously only resulted in a couple of scratches). I took it to a different garage who advised the accident was due to the faulty shock absorbers, and fixed it for £100 cheaper than the price I was quoted by Jupiter garage. DO NOT use this garage - I was extremely lucky, the accident I was in could have easily been so much worse, and I’m now incredibly nervous driving on country roads.
