I wished i could say it's a nice firm with great ambitions. But my experience is really poor. After one year the keyboard doesn't work properly. I've used it very infrequently, yet the $2000 CAD laptop is already out of service. I have to pay for the repair. It is unsaleable. $2000 straight in the trash! Ouch But I salute the initiative, but before being a reliable alternative to big companies, there is a long way to go! I do not recommend for the moment, unless you are rich, and you are not afraid of losing your money

I bought a Juno Jupiter computer in January 2021. Today, in January 2022, the computer suddenly shut itself off and refuses to boot. Totally bricked. Just as the warranty ran out. Never again.

I purchased the Gemini 15" v2, ordered it on a Sunday and was using it on the Wednesday. Absolutely superb service. Giovanni the proprietor is (seemingly) on hand 24x7 to answer any questions. And what a super computer it is too. It's light, fast and very easy to use and connects easily to all my external devices - mobile phone, printer, hard drive, DVD drive etc. Definitely recommend Juno Computers.
