Very easy to organise a collection. Very friendly and helpful call centre. However, not everything went to plan. The booking was for a particular day and time, but I received a call a couple of days before whilst I was out to say that they were at my flat to collect the item. Unfortunately I couldn't make it. But it was collected on the correct day. The only other problem, which didn't involve me, was a complaint by a neighbour that there was some damage caused to the hallway.

Arranged for some rubbish to be collected, they didn’t knock and some was left behind. However they apologised and arranged for the remainder to be collected within 3 days and actually came the next day. So all good 👍

clearance and clean up Ltd I will recommend to my family and friends I rang them on Monday and they came the next day to collect my household waste they was polite on the phone and when they came to my house they did a good job and they was friendly I will definitely call them again in the future if I need to get rid of anything
