    I have been to this soft play with my two daughters on numerous occasions and the staff have always been really friendly and professional, the food is brilliant and my girls really enjoy themselves.

    The place could be cleaner and better upkept. The place had really stuffy air and most toys that should have batteries don't have them. We were initially turned away that they are fully booked without telling us that we can get in if someone leaves.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Would NEVER re visit or recommend to anyone in the future! I used to love visiting this place, I imagine the management has changed. My experience was unacceptable! I am absolutely outraged at the level of professionalism from a so called manager of this softplay I attended yesterday. If I wasn’t with my child I would not of accepted this level of immaturity and unprofessional behaviour! The capacity was well over 150 which the manager claimed was correct, this was not the case, there were more than 3 families unseated, having to stand by the areas for their children to play! I requested a refund or another date to attend the softplay.. because there was 0 seating available for pre booked sessions, I am uncomfortable to stand up the whole session, I was offered the party room which I declined I did not attend nor require a party room for 3 people, the bookings should not of been accepted when the room was NOT available! The manager was ridIculously rude and SO unprofessional, I am stunned the woman is even within that role her people skills, and management of a complaint was diabolical.. I was answered with sarcasm, laughing in my face, and what sounded like a teenager back chatting their parent. I was told and I quote “sound” as I was leaving, an absolute embarrassment to be representing the company, like I said this woman should not be managing and representing a family oriented establishment. I can only describe child/teenage like comebacks from this woman (child) I would be utterly ashamed to work alongside or under this person. Perhaps she was showing off next to a young staff member I’m unsure, just know as a manager myself you do not speak and act the way she did! The experience I had was absolutely disgusting. Strongly advise no one to book or attend any sessions/parties within this company/location. Refund policy is also outrageous if you book online you can not gain a refund!
