Absolutely no need for the loud whistle blowing! I prefer communication, if your staff feel overwhelmed with kids on the slides then possibly hire more staff to take the anxiety off, or just trust your paying customers to care for their own children. The loud whistle was like an emergency.... The whole place stopped, parents and kids were worried.... This was needed in an hour of fun playtime, if I wanted that I would of taken to boot camp! Great play zone, loads of space, clean toilets but the lassie who made my coffee was atentive and made an awesome brew with great manners and personality x

I don't understand why adults have to pay when they can't play. They will spend money in the cafe but will be reluctant to do so if you make them pay £3-£4 to sit at a table for 2.5 hours!

Perfectly good small soft play, that offers good value ….however the bombardment of passive aggressive signs that seem to face you every turn, made it for me a one visit only soft play.

This used to be our regular place, it was laid back and a nice place with kind friendly staff we had been coming for 3 years. Then after a time of not coming i was disappointed to find the old staff had gone and instead there was new staff with not very pleasant attitudes making the overall feeling non welcoming, in particular a young blonde lady. This was a few months back now and as i am thinking of returning and giving it another try, i read the reviews and found it wasn't just me. But i will come and hopefully things are fun and welcoming again as my girl loves this place its in a good location and the simple food, pizzas, cheese on toast etc is a great snack for most kids. Good staff who are right for the environment is crucial. Screaming kids and general mayhem is not for everyone but some people love it and that the people we need to see at jungle mania

Soft play area is fine, kids love it. Very expensive for what it is though, and the staff are ignorant and rude

17/3 - so came again today after a lengthy absence due to other plans falling through, and I was shocked to see that prices remain high, staffs observation levels were poor again and at one point could not see any staff on the floor or behind the till for over 5mins, So what was different this time, well there appears to be more tape on damaged items which is great and the music system on the younger area sounds damaged unless static is the new music background of choice. As well as this, after I had handed Over my money I was told that sadly all toilets were out of order thus any patrons who needed bathroom had to leave and go to another floor and wait in the queue and then return thus wasting time of an expensive session due to their poor maintenance, however thankfully was told I could change my child on one of the dining tables by the bathrooms due to their closure, hopefully they are wiped down more frequently then some of the soft plan stuff which looked dirty and in a couple of spaces dusty. All in all I would continue to avoid making this location a regular place to visit unless absolutely needed. Old entry - Staff appeared rude. I arrived was being seen, when Adked by staff, said I did not have a booking which I was told was fine, two other families arrived and staff proceeded to then look past me and book and get both of them through, this would have happened a third time if I wouldn’t have made a comment. Alongside this the price is extortion when compared to other soft plays which are bigger and also do not charge for adults. I also have to wonder what the staff are actually being paid to do. The majority of the Time they all seemed to be stood behind the counter, talking to each other or looking at their phones. I would expect staff to at least try and enforce some of their safety rules I.e kids over 3 in the toddler area, where one child who was clearly over 5 jumping into the ball pit at one point coming very close to hitting my daughter, as the staff were obviously to engrossed in their phones to worry about it. I think the only rule I saw enforced was asking a mother not to drink out of their own water bottle, and thank heavens they did as who knows what damage they could have caused, mostly to their profit margins.

Good for the little ones to run around in. Downside for me was cleanliness, the babywalker seats for example, were filthy. Food in cafe is very very basic, hot dogs etc. But decent few hours for the kids/grandchildren to burn off excess energy
