  Horrible place. Staff are rude and very unprofessional. The lady at the front desk, who is mentioned a lot in these reviews, is an absolute liability to the business. I went there two times to send parcels.The first time, the lady was extremely rude throughout the whole experience. Things escalated after I politely asked if she had some tape and she rudely responded that she didn't and when I spotted it on the counter she proceeded to hide it. Her whole demeanor was aggressive and completely not in line with the situation. I had done absolutely nothing wrong, she just seemed to be reacting to any and every possible interaction. I ignored her behaviour - I didn't want to fuel whatever she had going on - and proceeded to print the labels and use them as tape for my parcels. After this, my partner took the parcels to the counter so she could scan them and she continued to be rude and to talk aggressively until she refused to serve us. My partner was upset by the whole situation - us being mistreated and kicked out of the store - and ended up responding rudely to her and we then left the store. The second time, I went by myself. Someone else was serving me and this lady took the place of that person and proceeded to ask me if I was the one who had asked her for some tape in the past and whose husband had been rude. I said that I had been there previously and that my partner had only reacted to her unfortunate attitude and refusal to serve us. She then told me to pick up my parcels (which had already been scanned), saying she refused to serve me again. I just responded that her attitude was unfortunate and that I honestly didn't know how she still has clients and then I left the store. I can honestly say I cannot remember ever being to a place where staff were this rude and unprofessional. I won't attend this store again and I can only recommend that others do the same

  Incredibly rude staff in here! I only drop off my parcels here because it’s the closest but I need to a find a different place as I hate the staff here! They chose to set up the Evri thing in their shop and the way they act is as though us customers forced them to take our parcels - bloody rude and unfriendly attitude! Not sure if the rude staff are the workers or the owners but whoever they are - I really hope they start to understand that it doesn’t cost anything to be nice to customers! Edit: Also on Amazon it says give these locations the item unpacked and the shops should be packaging them for you. This is definitely not the case here and I was forced to pack the parcels closed or they wouldn’t take it off me and when I asked to borrow some sellotape the shopkeeper was reluctant to give this to me and started making comments about how I’m using up their sellotape! I’m ok with not being welcome into this shop if this is the way they treat their customers. The supermarket opposite also offer the same service anyway!

  Accused my friend of taking photos of peoples addresses on parcels (a ridiculous accusation), immediately became hostile and shouted us out of the shop without even entertaining a conversation. A few weeks later I return to send a parcel and after sending it she begins to shout at me about what my friend supposedly did. At this point, I considered leaving a review but didn’t think it was worth the energy. Today I returned (hi, shopkeepers!) and she refuses to serve me at all. When I ask why she tells me ‘you should know why’. She then proceeds to yell at me about how my friend and I are ‘animals’ and ‘don’t know a thing about civilisation’ in front of an awe struck crowd. I try to defend myself but ultimately leave in disbelief. Of course it is frustrating that I can no longer send parcels using the shop, since it is very local to me, however ultimately every parcel I ever sent from this shop became lost and untracked because they do not follow Evri’s procedures - so is that a real loss? If you have read the other reviews, please know that they are true. That’s all I have to say. I expect a laughably rude response back to this review, naturally.

  The old lady on the counter is a big let down for this shop!! Rude and arrogant to customers and her suppliers the way she speaks to people is very rude. I won’t be returning here at all !!

  This is a horrible place - lost my parcel and the stuff’s altitude were always terrible. I shipped a EVRI parcel a pricy equipment, it shown on tracking it have been stayed on the shop forever , that means they actually didn’t pass it to the courier. When I try to argue with them, ofc they said not their fault. Highly recommend, DON’T ship pricy and expensive stuff here, it will be scammed:)
