We recently had my sons 5th birthday party at Jump Xtreme and I cannot thank the team enough for making his day so special. The set up from start to finish was brilliant. The kids all loved the trampolines and being carefree to run wild thanks to the team on the floor taking care of them, while all the adults got to enjoy watching them have fun from the viewing platform and cafe. Younger kids under 3 at the party were more than well catered for in the soft play as well. . There was something for everyone, which is rare to find, but these guys have covered all bases. After the kids got done bouncing around and causing chaos, we went to the party room for food, which was catered by Jump Xtreme. It was a perfect way to top off what had already a great day with really decent food to fill the kids up. All in all, it was a roaring success, made possible by the team organising and getting the kids set up for a lot of fun. We didn’t break a sweat and that was down to the team. We just got to show up and enjoy the day, which as a parent is priceless and rare. All kids left with smiles and so did I as my son told me it was the best party EVER! Thankyou for making it so memorable and special, and we can’t wait to book in again

I've been coming here for a while now with my kids, brought my nephew with me recently, he has some additional needs being sen. I was a little nervous about how he would be in a new place, but from entering the building, the staff were so good and patient with him. I did explain from the off that he has special educational needs and may not understand everything they were saying to him, but let them know I would be by his side at all times and will keep him safe. we went into the cafe, and the staff there were lovely to us to and understanding to his needs when he started to have a meltdown. overall, I will definitely bring him back here again as the staff helped make our day enjoyable with their patience and kind nature to him. thank you to all your staff

Awful experience. My competitive gymnast was injured here when a kid ran behind her mid tumble. The general manager has been unapologetic, rude and frankly been offensive in her response. I highly recommend you avoid this place.the manager response was to send cctv of a second tumble which showed my daughter also breaking her tumble - she did this as a kid ran alongside her and she thought they would run behind her like the first child. Manager is blaming my daughter. I’m sure if you read her comment you will be able to read between the likes folks.

Great for wearing the kids out! Came for a 2-hour session and the kids were able to explore the whole area safely. Good facilities for parents/guardians to relax and spectate from a distance. I found staff particularly helpful as I needed to do some work. The guest wifi was not working so they very kindly gave me access to an admin area, which was a total life saver. Recommended - will be back. Thank you!
