I bought a hamster, Orion, at the shop 6 months ago. The customer service provided by the store was amazing. Staff is very knowledgable and they want to ensure the animal is in good hands. They wouldn't sell me Orion before ensuring my cage was of the right size and etc. All interaction was very friendly and all hamsters/ guinea pigs looked healthy and taken care of. Orion is great - he is shy and gets easily scared but he is full of character, and I am very grateful for him.
