My experience with Ryan was extremely disappointing. He caused unnecessary delays of nearly two months in providing me with an answer regarding my referencing, only to inform me that I was unable to rent the property I desired. To add insult to injury, they refused to refund my £50 admin fee, despite originally incorrectly charging me £60. It felt like a complete waste of my time and money. Communication with Ryan Skelton was abysmal. There were instances where I had to wait two weeks just to receive a simple email response. This level of unresponsiveness is unprofessional and reflects poorly on their services as a property agent. Overall, this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a property agent. Their incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interaction.
