    I had the chance to meet with Julian just prior the Covid time and I would not have been able to cope through this period without our coaching relationship. The first two first thing I remember and that I very much appreciated before we started to work together was the time Julian took over the phone to get to know me and my objectives and the thorough and fun assessment session we did! Since then, and thanks to Julian, I have been on a bespoke journey that helped me to be back in shape, never boring, always motivating and fun. Julian had a real talent to read your body, where you are while appropriately pushing your limit. I trust him 100% and have enjoyed every part of the progressive journey we have been through so far, valuing him as a very progressional coach as well as a friend. I highly recommend him.     Julian took me under his wing as one of his very first clients. His personal training sessions were totally different to other PTs in the gym ā€“ no use of gimmicks or support machines, all about maximising the best your body can be using free weights and your own body weight. I started with strength training and received what felt like Olympic standard coaching, before working on fitness and mobility to enable a competitive running time and an agile golf swing. Need I mention his enthusiasmā€¦.?! No hesitation in recommending to friends, a premium trainer.

I have known him for 6 years and trained with him 3 times a week for 3 years. He is always innovating. Always listening and learning. Always adapting.     I am a 52-year old woman who does not naturally love exercise! However, I have been training with Julian for about 5 years (?) and in that time I have lifted 80kg (once), 70 kg (quite a few times) and run the London Marathon. I wanted to do the marathon to celebrate my 50th birthday and was very nervous of making a fool of myself or not finishing because I had been promised a lot of sponsorship. It was a huge challenge for me and despite getting injured during my training runs and thinking I would give up, Julian got me through. What made all the difference was the strength I developed through training with weights and the expert running technique that Julian teaches. As an ex- Olympic athlete, Julian has the in-depth knowledge so I feel confident that I am in good hands. What makes all the difference, however, is his positive and motivational personality - I must admit that our interesting chats make the sessions go a lot quicker! There is always a lot of variety in the sessions and I never come out feeling that I have been ā€˜beasted.ā€™ London is full of different high-end fitness opportunities but I feel Julian offers the best training out there

    I started training with Julian 5 years ago, what a first session that was! I came in having never done a PT session before, from the start Julian was so positive and motivating. He knew exactly where to start and how to build me up from scratch as well as teaching me how to run in the correct form. After a couple of years I got engaged - this was the next BIG challenge to work towards. Not only did Julian help me reach my goal but go far beyond. I was in the best condition for my wedding day, it was hard work but Julian was there every step of the way supporting me through it. Another year later and Iā€™m pregnant, again Julian was incredible with adapting our training during pregnancy to keep me fit and strong as well as post pregnancy (heā€™s great with babies). Through these five years there have obviously been running injuries, pains, even feeling mentally low and stressed from work. Julian is so good at providing the training thatā€™s right for you on the day as well as listening to whatā€™s going on with you. I always leave my sessions feeling so much better and positive in myself. Before starting with Julian I couldnā€™t run 3K, since Iā€™ve complete a marathon and much more. Julian is incredible at his job!!!
